Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe

- 6 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Healthy pinch of pepper
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 c. cooked instant rice
Directions

1Heat butter in sauce pan on high heat.

2Add in flour, salt and pepper.

3Stir in lowfat milk.

4Reduce heat to medium and stir till sauce starts to thicken.

5Turn to off and stir till thick.

6Add in Cheddar cheese.

7Stir in 1 can Cheddar cheese soup and 1 c. mayonnaise.

8Cook broccoli for about 5 min and add in to cheese sauce.

9Stir in cooked instant rice (about 2 1/2 c.) put in large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
