- 1 large head broccoli (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Wash and trim broccoli.

2Cut into bite-size pieces.

3Place in large bowl.

4Add bacon, green onions, raisins and water chestnuts. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.

5Add dressing to broccoli mixture and toss gently.

6Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.

7Serves 6 to 10 people.
