- 1 head broccoli
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 shredded carrot (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Wash and dry broccoli.

2Cut into small flowerets; also cut stem into small bite size pieces.

3Place broccoli and all other ingredients into small bowl. Mix well.

4Refrigerate 1 or 2 hours and serve.
