  • 1 cup couscous
  • 13 cup orange juice
  • 14 cup scallion, thinly sliced
  • 14 cup mango, finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons red bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • black pepper

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
