  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 12 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, Hellman's works best
  • 2 -3 tablespoons hidden valley ranch dressing mix, about half the packet

Directions

    in a small bowl, mix mayo and ranch seasoning together and reserve.

    in a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, and cheese.

    add couple spoonfuls of the dressing at a time to the veggies until well coated.

    you may have leftover dressing that can be used for snacking.

    refrigerate until ready to serve.

    right before serving, gently mix in the chow mien noodles.
