- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 12 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup mayonnaise, Hellman's works best
- 2 -3 tablespoons hidden valley ranch dressing mix, about half the packet
Directions

1in a small bowl, mix mayo and ranch seasoning together and reserve.

2in a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, and cheese.

3add couple spoonfuls of the dressing at a time to the veggies until well coated.

4you may have leftover dressing that can be used for snacking.

5refrigerate until ready to serve.

6right before serving, gently mix in the chow mien noodles.
