- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 bunch broccoli, stemmed
- 2 to 3 onions or 1 large Vidalia onion
- 1/2 c. dark raisins
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar or Sweet 'N Low to taste
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 or 3 cans water chestnuts, sliced
Directions

1Cook rice and cool.

2Slice broccoli and onions into food processor and process.

3Mix all ingredients.

4Cover and chill. Best made day before.

5Serves well with grilled chicken breast, butter beans, okra and sliced tomatoes.
