Broccoli Salad

- 1 large bunch broccoli
- 1/2 medium red onion (white will do)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. bacon, crushed
Directions

1Break broccoli florets into small pieces and place in a bowl. Next, layer onion, cut in small pieces.

2Then place cheese over as the next layer.

3Stir the last 3 ingredients together and pour over the salad.

4Sprinkle bacon that has been fried and crushed or bacon bits on top.

5Place in refrigerator and let set for at least 3 hours before serving.
