Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. oil and vinegar dressing (I use Italian)
  • 1 to 2 stalks fresh broccoli, cut in pieces
  • 1 medium tomato, diced or cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. diced Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped nuts, toasted

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except nuts.

    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

    Before serving, toss in nuts.
