- 1 large head broccoli (1 1/2 lb.)
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. raisins (golden)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Trim off large leaves of broccoli.

2Remove tough ends and wash thoroughly.

3Cut flowerets and stems into bite size pieces.

4Add bacon, onions and raisins.

5Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl; stir well.

6Add dressing to broccoli mixture; toss gently.

7Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
