  • 8 whole pepperoncini peppers (optional)
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
