  • 2/3 c. chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
