Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh chopped broccoli (the more broccoli you add, the thicker the soup)
- 4 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter.

2Cook broccoli in broth. Combine all ingredients, except cream and mushrooms and refine in a blender.

3Return mixture to pot and add cream and mushrooms. Heat and serve.
