- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 12 oz. vermicelli noodles
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 6 c. water
- 6 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Brown onion on low heat.

3Do not let butter brown.

4Add water and bouillon cubes.

5Boil.

6Add noodles, garlic and broccoli.

7Stir until separated.

8Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add milk and simmer until hot.

9Add cheese and melt.
