Broccoli Soup

- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 2 small onions, diced
- 2 qt. cold water
- 1 pt. milk or half and half
- 6 bouillon cubes (chicken)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 4 lb. chopped broccoli
- cornstarch as desired
Directions

1Saute onions in oleo until tender; add water, broccoli, cubes and milk.

2Simmer for 1 hour.

3Add cheese and cook for a few minutes.

4Bring to a boil and thicken with cornstarch mixed in water.
