Broccoli Soup

- 2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 6 c. water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 8 oz. pkg. fine egg noodles
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat butter; saute onions.

2Add 4 cups water and boil until dissolved.

3Add noodles; cook.

4In another pan, put 2 cups water and the broccoli; steam.

5Let come to a boil; add garlic powder. Cook 3 more minutes or until tender.

6Add salt, 6 cups milk and very thin slices of cheese; stir and melt.

7Do not let boil.

8When all cheese is melted and soup is thoroughly hot, it is done.
