- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 onion
- 6 to 7 c. water
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- seasoned salt to taste
Directions

1Cook chopped broccoli and onion in water for 20 minutes or until soft.

2Make sauce with remaining ingredients; slowly add to mixture.

3Cook until thick.

4Add a lot of seasoned salt to taste. Simmer until ready to serve.

5Do not boil!
