- 1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. nonfat milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1 c. low sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Place vegetables and broth in saucepan.

2Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until vegetables are tender.

3Mix remaining ingredients; add to vegetables.

4Cook, stirring constantly until lightly thickened and mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat.

5Add cheese and stir until melted.

6Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
