  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    In a 4-quart saucepan, cook onions in margarine until tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
