- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 2 c. milk
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- slivered almonds, chopped
Directions

1Over medium heat, saute onions in margarine until tender.

2Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.

3Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, add to cream cheese mixture.

4Stir in broccoli, lemon juice, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly.

5Top each serving with toasted almonds.
