Broccoli Soup

  • 6 c. water
  • 4 c. broccoli or cauliflower (I use some of both)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. cream
  • 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    Bring vegetables to boil and cook until done.

    Meanwhile, make thickening.

    Cook melted butter and flour until bubbly.

    Stir into soup and add cream and cheese.
