- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions

1Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar.

2Add sifted flour and baking powder together.

3Add eggs and flour and beat after each. Add vanilla.

4Fold in pineapple.

5Cook in a tube cake pan at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
