  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained

Directions

    Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar.

    Add sifted flour and baking powder together.

    Add eggs and flour and beat after each. Add vanilla.

    Fold in pineapple.

    Cook in a tube cake pan at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
