- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 2 (10 oz.) cartons frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- salt to taste
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onions in butter.

2Add broth and broccoli; cook, stirring, until heated through and smooth.

3Add milk and cook until just scalded (do not boil).

4Serve hot.
