- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed or tarragon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and use to marinate broccoli for several hours or overnight, in refrigerator.

2Serve cold as an appetizer.
