- 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 red pepper, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
Directions

1In saucepot in enough boiling water to cover, cook broccolini 5 minutes; drain.

2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook garlic and pepper in oil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Add broccolini, lemon pepper, oregano and wine; cover.

4Cook 5 minutes.

5Sprinkle with pine nuts.
