Broiled Catfish Filets

Ingredients
- 6 catfish filets, seasoned
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. green onion
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 lb. chopped shrimp, seasoned
- 3/4 c. white crabmeat
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. chicken broth (made with 1 c. hot water and 1 chicken bouillon cube)
- melted butter and lemon to taste
Directions

1Rinse and dry filets.

2Season and set aside.

3Saute green onion and parsley in butter.

4Add chopped shrimp and cook until pink. Add crabmeat and bread crumbs.

5Moisten with 4 tablespoons chicken broth.

6Place filets in foil lined pan and broil 3 minutes, then turn and baste with lemon juice and butter.

7Place seafood dressing on filets and broil for approximately 5 minutes. Serve with lemon juice and butter.
