Broiled Chicken Thighs with Artichoke Hearts and Feta

- 6 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 14 ounces, weight Jar Of Artichoke Hearts In Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Directions

1In a baking dish combine chicken thighs with artichoke hearts (including the liquid).

2Put the dish into the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes.

3Then drain all the liquid and add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and mix to combine.

4Preheat the broiler in your oven.

5Place the mixture on a baking sheet and broil on the top rack in your oven for 10 minutes.

6Turn chicken over and broil for another 10 minutes.

7Then sprinkle feta onto the top of the chicken mixture and continue to broil for another 3-4 minutes.

8Remove pan from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with rice pilaf.
