Broiled Chicken with Spinach

  • 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  • 1/3 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup fresh chopped spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 4 large fresh s, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels
  • 8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
  • 1 16 fl oz bottle , favorite flavor

Directions

    Brush chicken with 1 tsp.

    of the vinaigrette.

    Broil 4 min.

    on each side, or until cooked through.

    Cook rice according to package instructions.

    When done, place in center of serving plate.

    Toss spinach with remaining vinaigrette and place on top of rice on serving plate.

    Top with cooked chicken.

    Toss together broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, onions and ranch dressing.

    Cover and refrigerate briefly.

    Sprinkle salad with sunflower kernels just before serving.
