- 1/3 c. hickory flavored barbecue sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Directions

1Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and brush fillets liberally with sauce.

2Reserve small amount of sauce for basting.

3Broil about 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

4Baste once during broiling.
