- 6 fresh or frozen fish fillets (1 1/2 lb.)
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions

1Thaw fish, if frozen.

2Arrange on greased rack of broiler pan. Brush with some of the melted butter.

3Broil 4-inches from heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested.

4Mix bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.

5Add remaining butter and toss well. Sprinkle on fish. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until browned. Serve with lemon wedges.
