Broiled Garlic Shrimp

- 1 lb. shrimp in shells
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. unsalted margarine, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Wash and dry shrimp.

3Pour margarine in a shallow baking pan and add lemon juice, onion, garlic and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.

4Broil for 5 minutes, turn and broil 5 more minutes.

5Serve on platter with strained pan juices. Sprinkle with parsley.

6Serves 5; about 2 1/2 ounces shrimp per serving.
