Broiled Ginger-Cinnamon Grapefruit

  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Ruby Red Grapefruit, Halved And Sectioned

Directions

    1. Mix seasonings and sugar together in a small bowl. After the grapefruit has been sectioned, divide the sugar mixture, sprinkling it on top of the halves.

    2. Broil on high for about 8 minutes (or until the sugar begins to caramelize). Enjoy on its own, or with your favorite iced soy.
