  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 2 qt. water

    Place lobster tails in large saucepan.

    Bring to boiling point.

    Cover and cook 20 minutes. Remove tails from water.

    Split in half with sharp knife.
