  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 salmon steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    In large, shallow, non-metallic dish, with whisk, combine broth, oil, lemon juice, mustard and pepper.
