- salt and pepper
- onion powder
- lemon juice
- fresh parsley, chopped (or dry)
- olive oil
Directions

1Rinse fish.

2Soak in cold water with 1 tablespoon sea salt. (Sea salt takes the fishy taste away).

3Soak until ready to use. Brush olive oil over fillets.

4Season with salt, pepper and onion powder to taste.

5Drizzle lemon juice over fillets; sprinkle with parsley over all.

6Broil until fish begins to turn light brown, or until flakes with a fork.
