Broiled Pineapple Dessert

  • 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

    Preheat broiler.

    Cut pineapple crosswise into 8 slices.

    Place on rack of broiler pan or in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

    Brush evenly with dressing.

    Broil, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 4 to 5 min.

    or until heated through.

    Transfer pineapple to serving platter; top evenly with the cottage cheese.

    Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
