- 4 or 5 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter (3/4 stick)
Directions

1In a skillet, cook the squash and onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender; drain.

2In a bowl, combine the condensed soup, sour cream and dressing.

3Stir in melted butter.

4Spread half the dressing mixture in bottom of greased baking dish.

5Top with squash and onion.

6Sprinkle the rest of dressing mixture on top of vegetables.

7Cook at 350° for 1 hour.
