Broiled Pork and Pineapple

  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 bone-in pork chops (3/4 lb./340 g), 1/2 inch thick
  • 3 fresh pineapple rings (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

    Heat broiler.

    Mix dressing and syrup until blended; brush onto both sides of chops.

    Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

    Place pineapple rings next to chops; sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

    Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min.

    Transfer chops to platter; cover to keep warm.
