  • 4 pieces White Fish, 6 Or So Ounces Each, Such As Tilapia
  • 4 pinches Each Salt, Cumin, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, And Onion Powder
  • 1/2 cups Prepared Salsa
  • Lime Wedges For Serving

    Heat an oven-proof skillet to medium-high heat with the olive oil.

    Also, set your ovens broiler to high.

    Sprinkle one side of each piece of fish with the salt, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    Place the fish spice-side down into the oil.

    Let fish cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy on the bottom and opaque at the edges of the fish.
