Broiled Salsa Fish

- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 pieces White Fish, 6 Or So Ounces Each, Such As Tilapia
- 4 pinches Each Salt, Cumin, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, And Onion Powder
- 1/2 cups Prepared Salsa
- Lime Wedges For Serving

1Heat an oven-proof skillet to medium-high heat with the olive oil.

2Also, set your ovens broiler to high.

3Sprinkle one side of each piece of fish with the salt, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.

4Place the fish spice-side down into the oil.

5Let fish cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy on the bottom and opaque at the edges of the fish.

6Do not flip the fish.

7Spoon a bit of salsa on top of each piece of fish.

8Remove the skillet from the stove top and put it into the oven.

9Broil the fish salsa-side up for 2-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flaky.

10Serve with lime wedges.
