Directions

1Coat scallops with melted butter and fresh lemon juice.

2Place on foil wrapped broiler pan.

3Sprinkle with fine bread crumbs, a dash of garlic powder and a little salt and pepper.

4Then a sprinkling of dry vermouth and under the broiler for 5 to 6 minutes.

5A small amount works well in toaster oven.
