- 1 tsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Thaw frozen fish in refrigerator overnight,
