- 2 lb. fresh carrots or canned
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Cook carrots in salt water and drain.

2Mix other ingredients and pour over carrots, onion and pepper.

3Refrigerate overnight and stir next day before serving.

4Will keep 2 or 3 weeks; stir occasionally.

5Very good with soup.
