Broiled Tomatoes

- 4 large vine ripened tomatoes
- 2 tbs butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- Oregano to suit your taste
Directions

1Wash tomatoes and cut off the tops leaving as much as possible

2Slice into tomatoes leaving the skin intact but allowing spaces to slip butter in.

3Bake tomatoes at 375 degrees for 5 minutes

4Remove from oven and slip butter slices into the slits you created earlier.

5Top with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and oregano.

6Return to oven and broil until the tops are golden brown.

7Let sit for 1 to 2 minutes until served.
