- 1 Tbsp. cracker meal
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Slice tomatoes 1/4-inch thick.

2Rub butter in baking dish. Put tomatoes in dish.

3Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.

4Remove from oven; take cracker meal, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and sprinkle on tomatoes.

5Dab tomatoes with margarine.

6Place tomatoes in broiler for 3 to 4 minutes.
