  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. juice from can pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

    Make each flavor of Jell-O separately, using only 1 1/2 cups water; mold.

    Bring to boil pineapple juice and sugar; add unflavored gelatin and water.

    Cool until syrupy.

    Add whipped cream to pineapple mixture.

    Cut Jell-O into cubes; fold into whipped cream mixture in a spring pan (easy to remove when you use this type of pan).

    Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.

    Yields 8 to 10 pieces if cut in pie shape slices.
