Brooks Combo Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1 cup shrimp (any size)
  • 1 cup beef (sliced)
  • 1 cup pork (sliced)
  • 1 cup onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 cups oyster sauce
  • 14 cup white wine
  • 14 cups water
  • 14 cup vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix all sauce ingreadence together.

    I put this in a squirt bottle.

    Cook all meats and onion together with 1T.

    soy sauce and remove from pan, when done, scramble eggs in the pan, now add the meat mixture, peas and rice to the pan stir together with enough sauce to a salt level to your taste (I add about half and taste, but usually end using all of it.

    The goal in stir frying the rice, over high, is to toast or fry the rice on bottom, stir, fry, stir fry, do this about 3 times and enjoy.

    I usually serve with cream cheese wontons.
