- 2 cups Whole Wheat Or Graham Flour
- 1 cup White Flour
- 1/2 cups Cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1/2 cups Molasses
- 1/2 cups Walnuts, Toasted And Coarsely Chopped

11. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

22. Sift and mix the dry ingredients, except the baking soda.

33. In a separate bowl, combine the soda, buttermilk and molasses.
