  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

    Melt butter or margarine over a low heat until golden brown. Remove from fire and add sugar, cream, water and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth and creamy.
