  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained or undrained
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans beef consomme soup

    Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
