- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Put butter and chopped onion in casserole.

2Heat until butter is melted.

3Add beef broth/bouillon and mushrooms (sliced and drained).

4Add raw rice.

5Cover and cook 30 to 45 minutes.
