- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Place oil into iron skillet.

2Add rice and brown, stirring constantly.

3When rice gets dark brown, remove skillet from burner and add water.

4Reduce heat of burner to lowest setting.

5Return skillet to burner and cook, tightly covered, for about 15 minutes.
